Do your prices include GST?
All prices listed on our website are GST exclusive, you need to add the 10% GST.

What about set-up, and other, costs?
All our prices include set-up costs. Almost all Promotional Product companies have a unit price plus set-up costs. When comparing our prices make sure you work out the “TOTAL COST” of the product: including set-up costs, artwork charges and any hidden costs.

How can I find something quickly?
Save time by using our easy ‘Search’ feature. All our Pens can be searched for by ‘colour’, if you want a ‘red’ coloured Pen just type ‘red’ in the search box and all Pens available in ‘red’ will be listed. You can also search for products or clothing, just type in what your looking for (Clock, Travel Mug, Stapler, T-Shirt etc) and then press ‘search’. A list of products/clothing available matching your search word will be displayed.

Can I get a sample?
We can provide a sample of any undecorated product at cost price plus postage. Printed samples with your artwork can also be provided but they can be expensive to produce, contact us for a price.

How will I know what my artwork looks like on the product?
Once we receive artwork for a job you will be emailed an Artwork Approval sheet, this will have a mock-up of your product with your artwork. Once you approve the layout we will commence the order.

What colours do you print?
We use the PMS colour system so we can print a huge variety of colours. You can either tell us the PMS colour you want or we can simply match a colour that you send us. When printing onto coloured or dark products/clothing the colour you choose may require a white background, this would make the job a 2 colour print. Examples: PMS Orange 021 on a dark blue Pen, PMS Yellow 116 on a black T-Shirt.

Do you charge for artwork?
If you supply us with good quality artwork you will not be charged artwork costs, if we only need to do minor alterations or typesetting we still will not charge you. The only time artwork charges would apply is if the artwork received needs substantial work.

I don’t have any artwork, what do I do?
If you have had anything printed previously (ie Business Cards, Letterheads, or any promotional product) you will have artwork. Contact the printer for a copy of your artwork, which may be the logo only, logo and text, or text only. Please remember to send the file in the formats below.

What type of artwork do you need?
We can accept artwork for any ‘Products’ in our range in the following formats: CDR (Corel Draw), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF. Email artwork to: sales@pcap.net.au
We can accept artwork for any ‘Clothing’ in our range in the following formats: CDR (Corel Draw), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or PDF, also Bitmap and Jpeg files (600dpi or higher). Email artwork to: sales@pcap.net.au

My logo is large and I need to print it in 2 positions?
A; No problems, we can print large logo’s or multiple position prints on the one product. No problems, just contact us and we’ll work out a quote for you.

What about delivery?
The freight alternatives we offer are TNT road freight, Couriers Please (Melbourne Metro only) or Australia Post, we will always make sure goods are sent by the cheapest alternative. Very important: We do not mark up our freight costs, it is charged to you at the price that it’s charged to us !
